Breast Augmentation with Lift Patient 7

Patient Notes: This is a 5 foot 7 inch,160 pound mom who breastfed one child. She has asymmetry of tissue and skin which was corrected with a periareolar mastopexy augmentation using two different sized implants. We used a 600cc on the right and a 500 cc on the left, mentor moderate profile plus smooth round gel implants placed under the muscle.
