Patient Notes: This patient is a 136 pound, 5 foot 7 seven inch mother of 3 who is in her late thirties. She breastfed all three of her babies. She desired a look that matched her athletic and outgoing personality. This was accomplished with a full mastopexy augmentation using 400 cc mentor moderate profile plus smooth round gel implants, placed submuscularly.
